Note: Oxygen sensor
a. Introduction to oxygen sensor: In the test of oxygen index test, the role of the oxygen sensor is to convert the chemical signal of combustion into an electronic signal and display it in front of the operator. The sensor is equivalent to a battery, which is consumed once in each test, and the higher the frequency of use by the user or the higher the oxygen index value of the test material, the higher the consumption of the oxygen sensor.
b. Maintenance of oxygen sensor: Excluding normal losses, the following two points help extend the service life of oxygen sensors in terms of maintenance and maintenance:
c. If the equipment does not need to be tested for a long time, the oxygen sensor can be removed and sealed and stored at a lower temperature by certain means to isolate oxygen preservation. Simple operation method It can be properly protected with plastic wrap and placed in the refrigerator compartment.
d. If the frequency of use of the equipment is relatively high (such as the use cycle of three or four days), at the end of the test on the same day, the oxygen cylinder can be turned off at intervals of one or two minutes and then the nitrogen cylinder can be turned off to fill the nitrogen in other mixing devices to reduce the ineffective reaction of contact between the oxygen sensor and oxygen.
