【Scope of application】

This instrument adopts a large-span integrated specimen holder, the maximum specimen span can reach 100mm, and each specimen holder support is milled and processed by a whole piece of steel instead of multiple pieces, which ensures the consistency of the rigidity and expansion rate of the specimen rack, and greatly improves the test accuracy. By replacing the indenter head, the instrument can measure the thermal deformation temperature and Vicat temperature, using transformer oil (within 200°C) or methyl silicone oil (within 300°C) as the thermal conductivity medium, mechanical double agitator for oil circulation in the box, large-capacity oil tank design, stable temperature control, uniform temperature field. 4. This instrument is controlled by 32-bit ARM embedded system, with fast computing speed and no delay in instructions.
