【Scope of application】
For various fabrics The bending length is determined by the bevel method, from which the flexural stiffness can be calculated.
【Relevant Standards】
GB/T18318.1-2009、JIG 1-1999,YY/T0472.2。

[Meet the standard]:GB/T18318.1-2009、JIG 1-1999,YY/T0472.2。
【Technical Parameters】:
1. Inclined angle: 41.5°±0.5°
2. Steel ruler quality: 250g±10g
3. Overall dimensions: 460*120*250 mm (L×W×H)
4. Net weight: 1Kg
【Working Principle】:A rectangular specimen is placed on a horizontal platform, and the long axis of the specimen is parallel to the long axis of the platform. Advance the specimen along the long axis of the platform so that it protrudes from the platform and bends under its own weight. The protruding part of the end is suspended in the air, and the ruler holds down the other part of the specimen still on the platform.
When the head end of the specimen reaches the inclined plane at an inclination angle of 41.5° to the horizon through the leading edge of the platform, the protruding length is equal to twice the bending length of the specimen, and the bending length can be calculated.
【Precautions for the installation and use of the instrument】
1. The instrument should be placed on a stable foundation, with no obvious vibration source around, and the temperature should be 20°C±15°C; The relative humidity is <85%, and there is no corrosive medium or conductive dust around.
2. Do not turn it upside down, so as not to cause the instrument parts to fall off, loosen, deform, etc.
【Operation and use of instruments】
1. Place the instrument on a horizontal table.
2. According to the requirements of the standard (GB/T 18318.1-2009), cut out the specimen, and the specimen (250mm×25mm according to the standard requirements).
3. Put the specimen on the workbench, and align it with the mark line D on the workbench, and then put the steel ruler, and the 0 mark line of the steel ruler platen is aligned with the mark line D on the workbench.
4. Push the steel ruler platen to drive the specimen forward together, and stop pushing the steel ruler when the head end of the specimen reaches the inclined surface with an inclination of 41.5° from the horizon through the leading edge of the platform.
5. Record the steel ruler scale corresponding to mark D as the protruding length of the specimen.
6. Repeat 3, 4, 5, and strips again to test the other side of the same specimen.
Note: The placement of the instrument should be conducive to observing the zero point on the steel ruler and the contact between the specimen and the inclined surface, and ensure the accuracy of the reading in the horizontal direction.
7. Refer to Article 9 of the standard GB/T 18318.1-2009 Calculation of results to calculate the test results.
