【Working Principle】:
The geotextile specimen is clamped horizontally in the clamping ring, so that the steel cone of the specified quality falls from a height of 500mm on the specimen, forming a hole on the specimen, and then inserting a small angle measuring cone marked with a scale into the hole to measure the degree of penetration.
